Our Story

Chef Eric Cleveland has been mastering his craft of barbeque over the past 30 years. Over time he has developed a time tested recipe, with the right smoke complemented by the right seasonings. Today Chef Eric has the helm and continues to smoke that great tasting que just like his daddy and his daddy’s daddy. Chef Eric has done more than refine an old tradition. Guided by a southern palate, he fuses techniques from throughout the states to create the most interesting flavors and textures.

After competing in some of the biggest barbeque competitions and placing in several of the larger venues he knew he had to bring that flavor to his home in Tennessee.

Chef Eric makes everything in his smoker to get that authentic taste right here in his home in Mount Juliet, Tn. To achieve the perfect balance of smoke and seasoning he uses a lot of skill complemented with a lot of love for the craft - making every product worth your patience.
